Novel London Literary Festival
Novel London Literary Festival 2020
Novel London is a literary platform that has supported and showcased over 80 writers since 2015. It began as a literary night at The Big Green Bookshop and went on to being featured in Waterstones bookshops and iconic venues such as The Clock Tower in King's Cross. Its first annual literary festival was held at Foyles Bookshop on Saturday 17th August 2019. The event and all of the readings were filmed and put online.
In response to COVID-19, we have transitioned this year's event online and once again are running a competition that is open to international entries.
The live event that was due to take place in August 2020 (new date is to be confirmed) will now take place online.
During this challenging time, you may be writing, you may be not. Firstly, we want to say that we are sorry if you are grieving and are in the midst of grief and we hope that you have the support you need.
Now, more than ever, stories are important. Creativity is important. Writing from all parts of the global experience matters and we are here to bring emerging and established writers to an international audience.
Novel London is currently running a competition but as things been somewhat up in the air of late, we are reimagining this years format.
PLEASE WATCH THIS SPACE FOR FURTHER DEVELOPMENTS
Thank you and good luck!
